We were too busy these last weeks; working hard. The Cock Fighter game is growing up each time more. We’re doing troubleshooting, changing and adding more effects. The camera now has a shake causing more impact when playing the game.

The art team is finishing the next character. Then, we’ll go to post arts and gameplay here. I hope that you are following us on twitter @bugware to get latest news faster.

This past week was one of the busiest of the year for gamers for one main reason: the Game Developers Conference. I had the opportunity to be there, working as a volunteer, attending sessions, walking around the expo floor and, more importantly, showing Cock Fighter for the first time!

We have had a GREAT response to the game! Most people simply loved it. I got many of my fellow volunteers (Conference Associates) to play the game, and whether they were fighting game enthusiasts or no, they all had fun. We all had fun. Heck, even watching the game is a lot of fun!

One of the highlights was getting Seth Killian to play the game. We had intense matches and as you can see in the picture below, I’m still looking at the screen trying to get an advantage while as Seth looks at the camera for the picture.

And here’s the proof that we were actually playing Cock Fighter:

Seth, and everyone else that played the game, gave us amazing feedback, which got us all thinking and really excited about developing this  game.

Thanks to EVERYONE who played Cock Fighter!

I’d like to show you our first concept trailer of Cock Fighter. See the video bellow:

The video shows the two characters, that will be in the XBOX 360 demo, fighting each other. You can see the air combos, some dodges, attacks, blocks and the most powerful attacks they have.

Hiyoko, our cosplayer of the most known street fighter character uses the RyuSeiKen move and ends up burning the feathers of Hahn, our Military rooster. At his turn, Hahn spreads Hiyoko feathers all over the field with his air strike bombs.

The stage, as you can see, is the Sakura Hill with a beautiful and distant waterfall providing an excellent place for a fight.
